We have updated our employment support page!

We have opened a new career support service on LINE.
Young carers and young adult carers, mainly in the Tokyo area, can receive free career consultations — anyone is welcome.

■Why career support matters

While providing long-term care for their families, young carers often struggle with further education, finding a job, or changing jobs. Among the former young carers at the Young Carers Association are members who faced difficulties in job hunting, gave up on higher education, or left jobs to care for family.

This service provides free career support — covering education, employment, and more — via LINE.

■Young Carers Career supports education, employment, and ways of living

We take a broad view of the word “career” — not just further education, employment, and job changes, but each person’s way of living — and respond to consultations individually. Support flows seamlessly from LINE chat to online meetings. Our counselors include holders of national qualifications such as certified career consultants and licensed psychologists, and we propose career plans that fit each person’s family circumstances.
